u would think they would wanna dress like a sexy woman that all find attractive instead of go against the flow especially if they tryin to attract other woman to them

One time, I dressed like the "sexy woman" you describe.

Unfortunately, that only attracted the wrong type of people for me -- men. And not just any kind of men, either. Men who weren't afraid to slip something in my drink.

And then I realized that appearance only had about 5% to do with me. I mean, there was so much hiding behind that skin that I just couldn't show people by dressing like a "sexy woman."

So I let fate dictate it's course...

...and I met the most wonderful woman I could ever imagine simply by being myself.

Long answer short: I'd rather be alive and waiting for love than dead and without knowing any form of it.

Their the butch women, a lot of gay women blend in as they look like 'straight' women. No I don't understand why they dress like men but not all lesbians are like that

I know a fair number of very feminine lesbians -- I suspect you notice the short haired lesbians only because they AREN'T feminine. That doesn't mean there aren't feminine lesbians.

To be fair, it isn't that all short haired women are homosexual; many happily-married to men women also enjoy the shorter hair styles.

For one, short hair as a style gives an appearance of confidence. Women with short hair (taken in the fashion sense) are in defiance of the traditional expected long hair society expects. Many women cut their hair short back in the days of the Feminist movement; it was a symbol of freedom.

Now reel back to what you mean by why lesbians are attracted to women that men are attracted to (big chest and long, flowing sexy hair). Not all men like these. It's a matter of personal taste.

Does everyone like chocolate? White chocolate? Dark chocolate with 30% cocao? 80% cocao? We all have our preference in something as simple as chocolate which only has variations texture, taste and aroma. (Try going to the store and buying the various kinds mentioned above and see if you have some you like that others might).

A real living person has a lot more variations than just simply a big chest and long, flowing hair. There is also the personality, the character, the charisma, and the many other things of the person physically (hair, build, height, eyes, nose, etc)... there is no standard for what is the ideal attraction for everyone. Just as there is no standard rule that says, short hair women are lesbians or that they are trying to mimic men.

A lot of times, it's preference and what they are comfortable with. It does not mean necessarily either, that a short-haired woman would find another short-haired woman attractive or sexy. It's just that they are who they are comfortable being and being brave enough to not hide it.

well some woman dress according to how they feel, if one feels like they should/could blend in as being a man by short hair cuts etc. then she would lesbians have a hard time when people don't except them that's why somethings they like to dress like a guy so that in other eyes it looks like a male and a female.

or sometimes they cut there hair cause there not sure what they want to be in other eyes, they could still be curious and cross dress.

Um, first off you describe what a MAN likes in a woman and then expect other women to be attracted to the same things. That's just illogical.

Secondly, why does it matter to you what length a lesbian keeps her hair? Are you going to be dating them? NO. So it really shouldn't matter to you.

usually in lesbian relationships there is like a man of the relationship and a woman. not that im a lesbian lol. i dunno its a bit wierd. now that i think about it they are usually bigger girls short hair and hippy or wear black type thing. some lesbians try to be man like so they can attract women. its the same as gay men, most of them are more girly!
